A lack of available talent has been an ongoing problem for aviation, and now with the increase  in layoffs, we are seeing grandfathered knowledge leaving the industry at a rapid rate. Ensuring new talent is being channelled into the industry will be key to eventual recovery. How can we make sure that we continue to inspire people to join an industry in crisis?
