Profile

Jay Allardyce is currently the Senior Director of Programs for Regional One where he oversees aircraft teardowns and consignment programs. He also provides technical support for engines and aircraft to Regional One and its sister lease company R1 Lease Services. Jay has worked in the industry for over 10 years, first starting out in the engine MRO business in engineering and then transitioning to a business development role in support of regional jet APUs and engines. He is a lifelong aviation enthusiast and active private pilot, although his primary aviation passion is flying gliders. Jay has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and enjoys reading about and keeping up to date on all facets of the aviation industry.
