Maya Raichelson is a member of Pratt & Whitney (PW) Operations’ Manufacturing and Assembly leadership team and serves as vice president of Product Delivery Center (PDC) Operations.
Raichelson has deep expertise in manufacturing engineering, as well as operations, supply chain, and cost management. She also has domestic and international leadership experience having served as an executive in several of PW’s operations.
Appointed to her current role in June of 2020, Raichelson leads a global operation responsible for the final assembly, test and customer delivery of all large-engine military, commercial and industrial products.
Previously, Raichelson served as general manager of the Hot Section Module Center, general manager of Compression Systems Module Center, general manager of Carmel Forge (Israel), and senior director of Integration at Blades Technologies International (Israel). She’s also led procurement for overhaul and repair operations for Military Aftermarket. She joined PW in 1996, where she began her career in the Manufacturing Engineering Development Program.
Raichelson is fluent in the Hebrew language. She holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
