Angela Garber joined CTS Engines as Vice President of Sales in April of 2021. Possessing over 28 years of progressive sales and business development and leadership in the commercial aviation aftermarket, Ms. Garber has operated in a senior executive capacity spanning a wide range of experience including strategy, sales, operations, finance, marketing and quality management. Prior to joining CTS, Angela spent 8 years as the Regional Vice President of North America for the AJW Group and was responsible for the successful growth and expansion of the footprint in the region. This role involved supporting a diverse customer base of airlines, lessors and MRO companies by providing complex technical and contractual solutions to meet their budgetary and operational requirements while driving the development of national strategies for all primary business lines including component sales, component repair, engines and power-by-the-hour programs. Most recently she held the role of Managing Partner with LJS Aviation and was responsible for the strategic growth initiative of an international customer base through the delivery of creative and tailored solutions that lead to successfully securing key airline relationships. Additionally, Angela was also responsible for all commercial activity including the development of OEM relationships and currently maintains extensive experience in devising, elevating and managing brands through the use of digital marketing strategies and strategic corporate communication.
