For the past 20+ years, Joseph has led best-in-class services organizations working with Fortune 500 companies to deliver Enterprise technology solutions to the aviation, restaurant, retail, and hospitality industries. Joseph has successfully lead and worked on project teams during implementations on 4 different continents for clients like Leonardo, Chevron, Shell, Eddie Bauer, and Woolworths-Australia. Joseph’s passion and focus center on ensuring clients understand and realize the benefits of digitalization through software/training along with understanding/realizing the underlying value of their investment.
Joseph has held his PMP certification since 2011 and earned his PMI-ACP certification in 2017. Joseph earned his MBA in IT and International Business from the Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business, and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas – Austin.
