Profile

Derek Costanza is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Dallas office. He focuses on transformation and strategy consulting and has over 25 years of experience working on projects that have involved cost reduction and operational improvement, process redesign, due-diligence, labor negotiation, strategic sourcing and financial and operational analysis. He has worked primarily in the aviation field (airline and aftermarket services to airlines) and surface transportation. In addition to helping clients, Derek is a key driver of Oliver Wyman’s annual MRO Survey and the annual Fleet and MRO Forecast.
Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Derek worked at American Airlines, Ernst and Young LLP and the Hackett Group. He holds a MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a BS in civil engineering from the University of Florida.
