Mandy is a recognized and proven industry leader with over 30 years of experience in both passenger and cargo airline operations, with extensive expertise in commercial engine maintenance. Gower joined CTS in March of 2022 as Chief Commercial Officer where she owns the Business Development/Sales, Marketing and Customer Programs Divisions. Prior to joining CTS Engines, Gower was Head of Powerplant Maintenance Services, Technical Operations, at Amazon Air where she built the powerplant organization in support of Amazon Air’s fleet expansion to over 85 aircraft. Gower is an executive level decision maker and inspirational leader who has demonstrated excellence developing strategies to achieve long-term organizational goals at major airline organizations throughout her career.
