Profile

Michael has more than 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. He has held various positions at Lufthansa Technik starting from a Customer Support Manager in the Engine department to leading a global Key Account Management and Sales organization for Airframe Related Components. Since 2017 he has taken over the responsibility for the Material Management and Purchasing Department for Engines at Lufthansa Technik. He has built up a dedicated Engine Surplus Team and knows about the challenges and opportunities of Engine Surplus for a global acting MRO like Lufthansa Technik. In his private time he loves sailing and spending time with his wife and the two kids.
