Geraldine Barnuevo oversees the Sustainability Function at GE Aviation. Prior to GE, Geraldine spent 20 years working at General Motors in many roles of increasing responsibility in several geographic regions. Most recently Geraldine was the Senior Manager of Environmental Strategies and Sustainability.
Geraldine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidad International SEK in Quito, Ecuador, a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from University of Illinois and a Master’s in Business Administration from Oakland University.
Geraldine is focused specifically on creating and overseeing the implementation of an ESG Strategy for GE Aviation to support public commitments in the area of climate and product stewardship
