Vesa Paukkeri is Chief Executive Officer of CTS Engines in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to joining CTS Engines in 2012, Mr. Paukkeri spent 10 years at Finnair, where he held various executive positions, including VP & COO roles at Finnair Engine Services (FES) as well as VP Component Services and VP Sales & Marketing at Finnair Technical Services. During this period, he managed a major restructuring of the company, increasing FES’s reputation for quality, great customer service, and competitive turnaround times. Mr. Paukkeri started his aviation career at Finnish Air Forces in 1994 as an assistant technician and after a few years of study break, joined Finnish Army Aviation to serve as an Aviation Engineering Officer in various helicopter programs for three years. Vesa holds a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology.
