Stuart Rubin, Vice President Managing Director Aviation, has over 25 years of experience in aviation consulting. He is the leader of ICF Aviation’s Aircraft Sector where he supports clients with valuations of tangible aviation of assets (aircraft, parts, engines, ground service equipment), due diligence/transaction support and related market and financial analysis, aircraft program management, aircraft remarketing, and sourcing. Stuart is a member of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) and is an ISTAT Senior Appraiser.
Prior to joining ICF, Stuart spent nearly 15 years at Aviation Specialists Group, Inc., where he focused on supporting clients with aircraft valuations, analyzing aircraft leases and their impact on residual values, modeling maintenance cash flows, and conducting aircraft physical inspections. He started his career as a research analyst at GRA, Inc., where he worked with senior staff on a variety of projects relating to the economic analysis of various transportation sectors with a focus on commercial aerospace projects.
