Mr. Crosh was appointed to the position of Vice President Commercial Leasing in the AerCap Engines group in July 2022. In this role, he is responsible for spare engine leasing in North America. Prior to the acquisition of GECAS by AerCap, he was Vice President Engine Management from 2015 to 2022, responsible for all engine management activity including portfolio engine maintenance planning, lease deliveries and redeliveries, engine shop visit management and the provision of spare engine technical leadership for OEM product support operations. Before joining GECAS, he held various roles at GE Aviation working in customer and product support and engineering. He obtained an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State.
