Alan Eberstein brings over 15 years of aviation and aerospace industry experience. From Alton’s London office, he provides high quality local support for his discerning client base of aerospace manufacturers, MROs, investors, and operators across both the civil and defense sectors.
Alan specializes in leading complex strategic and operational cost transformation engagements across the aviation value chain. In addition, Alan brings deep domain expertise in private capital advisory, performing both comprehensive pre-transaction diligence support and delivering tangible post-deal value creation.
Prior to joining Alton, Alan was the Head of M&A for an express logistics company. Earlier in his career, Alan spent more than a decade working in consulting firm Oliver Wyman’s Aviation, Aerospace, and Private Capital Practices.
Alan earned his BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, with a minor in Economics.
