Profile

Natalie Stone has been the LEAP* Materials Customer Program Director for GE Aerospace since October 2023. In this role, she is leads CFM Branded Services Agreements and external network relationships, executing the company’s strategy of open Maintenance, Overhaul, & Repair (MRO) ecosystem to support the LEAP engine fleet globally.

Ms. Stone joined GE in 2000 as part of then GE Aerospace’s (then GE Aviation) Edison Engineering Program as a design engineer. She progressed through leadership roles in parts design and systems engineering for such programs as the GE Honda joint venture.

In 2012, following Black Belt certification in GE’s Six Sigma program, Ms. Stone moved to Supply Chain MRO Operations as the repair industrialization and global repair strategy leader. In 2017, she joined the GEnx team working on maintenance cost reductions. In 2019, Ms. Stone was promoted to executive product manager for the CF6, GE90 and GP7200 products, which included ownership of Boeing airframe contracts, revenue share partner contract administration, and safety decisions on fleet field plans and product upgrades.

From 2020 to 2022, she served as vice president of Engine Alliance, a joint venture with Pratt & Whitney, after which she moved to Aftermarket Solutions as the Americas Regional General Manager before assuming her current role.

Ms. Stone earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science degree in the same discipline from The Ohio State University. Outside of work, Ms. Stone is an avid walker and yoga practitioner, and enjoys traveling and spending time with her two children, Kate and Jack.
